Training
Training plays a vital role in the successful installation and commissioning of any system. This becomes even more important as systems get more technologically advanced. Good quality training will improve commissioning times, reduce return site visits and leave the client with a feeling of confidence in the system and technicians involved. However with the current industry moves towards greater legislation and third party approvals, improved installation and commissioning is not the only advantage of training. Certificated manufacturers training provides the installer with the ability to prove competence, which is a requirement for all third party accreditation schemes and would certainly be needed should an installer need to provide proof of good practice in a litegation case following a site incident.
Sterling provide training for our partners free of charge. Training can be undertaken at our UK, Midlands offices, or by special arrangement at your premises or on site. All sucessful delegates attending training will leave the courses with a solid grounding in the system operation and configuration, supporting course material for future refernce and a certificate of attendance.
